We Have Moved!


T.I.P.S. and WebSupport Have Moved

The WebSupport site and T.I.P.S. library have been disabled. All data has been migrated to the Open Text Knowledge Center (KC). Login information was emailed to all customers with valid email information in our database on Friday, October 12, 2007. If you did not receive your login information, you can contact Open Text Customer Support.

Where can I find eDOCS information now?

Please be advised the data in WebSupport and T.I.P.S. has been moved to the following locations in the KC:

WebSupport Cases All WebSupport case data is now available in the Customer Self Service (CSS). You can access the CSS from the KC by selecting "My Tickets" from the navigational menu. All ticket information has been migrated to this area of the KC. The direct URL is as follows:

Knowledge Base Solutions All eDOCS Solutions have been migrated to the eDOCS Knowledge Base area of the KC. You can access the Knowledge Base using the following URL:

https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll/open/12678460

You can continue to search for legacy solutions using the "SDxxxxxx" number by putting this number in the Search for field and clicking Search. The solutions have been assigned a new Knowledge Base Article number; however, both numbers are available on the article.
Downloads and Patches All eDOCS patches have been migrated to the eDOCS patches area of the KC. You can access patches using the following URL:

Release Notes All Release Notes that were previously located in T.I.P.S. have been moved to the KC. You can locate release notes for a product by browsing to the Livelink ECM - eDOCS Product Documentation area and selecting your product and version. You will find that the Release Notes are stored with the product documentation for the release. NOTE: Release Notes for product patches are stored with the corresponding patch under Livelink ECM - eDOCS Patches.
Technical Bulletins eDOCS Technical Bulletins have been migrated to the eDOCS Knowledge Base area of the KC. You can access the Technical Bulletins using the following URL:

Select the Article Type "Technical Bulletin" and perform a content search, or include the Technical Bulletin # in the Search For field and click Search to locate bulletins by number.
Product Documentation eDOCS Product Documentation has been migrated to the KC under "Documentation". You can access the eDOCS Product Documentation using the following URL:

Whitepapers eDOCS Whitepapers have been migrated to the KC under the eDOCS Champion Toolkit. You can access the eDOCS Champion Toolkit using the following URL:

The Champion Toolkit includes Best Practices documentation, reference guides, and Whitepapers formerly located in T.I.P.S.
